| E3/Senior Architect |
Lead Architect will be responsible for architectural design, details, specifications as well as developing programming reports and conceptual design. The Architect will be knowledgeable in the use of appropriate building materials, details and construction methods, integration of engineering disciplines, and ability to apply building costs and code requirements are essential. Must possess an ability to develop a conceptual design from initial program, client interview and or project goals. Successful candidates will be challenged to be creative, detailed, organized, have good communication, presentation and collaborative design skills.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Architecture.
- LEED Accreditation is preferred
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2000, 3D Modeling, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- A current license/registration is preferred, but if in process, may be given consideration
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have a strong understanding of building systems, building/construction types
and building codes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

Lead Senior Electrical Engineer |
Electrical Engineer will have a minimum of 10 years experience, a PE, and a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field). Electrical shall be experienced in the design of power and lighting systems. Background should also include writing specifications, system analysis, and cost estimating. |

- Experience in indoor/outdoor lighting layout, Title 24 calculation
- Experience in Power distribution 12KV/480V and 208/120V, underground and overhead conduit layout, feeder and circuit sizing
- Auto CAD is a plus
- LEED Accreditation is preferred

Mechanical Engineer will have a minimum of 10 years experience, a PE, and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mechanical Engineer shall be experienced in both wet and dry side HVAC system design. Background should also include specifications, cost estimating, plumbing systems, controls, and fire protection. |

- Must be experienced in AutoCAD drafting.
- Must possess an Associate of Science Degree in Architecture or Engineering, or a certificate of training in AutoCAD.

E3/E2 Structural Engineer |
The Project Engineer will be responsible for structural design of projects. Engineer shall have experience in light industrial structural design such as structural platforms, warehouse/manufacturing building design, equipment anchorage and hanger details for mechanical and manufacturing equipment.
As Structural Engineer, you will determine the structural system to be used for the project, perform structural analysis and design, and supervise the design team in preparation of drawings, specifications, and supporting calculations. Job requires working with the client and other disciplines to determine project requirements. Position will also involve business development and presentations to clients. Since AEPC Group is a multi-discipline firm, the ability to work directly with architects and other engineering disciplines is essential. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
- B.S. in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structural analysis, as well as, steel, concrete, and masonry design.
- M.S. in Structural Engineering desirable but not required.
5 years of increasingly responsible structural design experience.
- California Licensed Civil Engineer.
- California Licensed Structural Engineer desirable but not required.
- The ability to handle multiple diverse assignments successfully in a consulting firm environment.
- The ability to perform as a key member of an interdisciplinary project team, including supervising and mentoring junior engineers, and directly interfacing with clients.
- Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of structural analysis and design software.
- Structural design experience is preferred but not required.

E3/Senior Civil Engineer |
Civil Engineer will be responsible for design of earthwork projects, including preparation of drawings, specifications, supporting calculations, design of site utilities, such as fire mains, domestic water, natural gas, sanitary sewer and storm drainage. This position will supervise designers and coordinate with other disciplines. Requires design experience of roads, sidewalks and parking lots. Provide field support during construction. |
| Minimum Requirements: |
- Must have a Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of increasingly responsible civil engineering design experience.
- California engineering registration (PE) is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Civil Engineering software (Hydrology, Hydraulics, Earthwork calculations, etc.).
